Hi! I’m Sawait and I’m so glad you’re here.

Over the years, I have grown to love and embrace life in all of its complexities and imperfections. It hasn’t always been this way. Everything changed when I decided to embark on the most courageous journey I would ever take - I decided to travel the road back to me. This journey changed my life and became the inspiration for Yess Girl Yess, a movement of sorts that would help catapult women of all backgrounds, races and cultures to become the women they were created to be!

As I traveled the road back to me, I discovered who I was before anyone told me who I am — before disappointments and circumstances took their toll. This journey wasn’t easy. In fact, it required me to unpack some pretty painful experiences, experiences I had no desire to resurrect! As hard as it was, I would soon discover that my greatest breakthrough was on the other side of my willingness to revisit moments and times in my life that I had buried.

Life has a way of clouding out who we really are beneath the surface. And, oftentimes, the discontent, dissatisfaction and pain we experience today is more closely linked to the past than we think. This isn’t always obvious and sometimes it takes another person to help us see the connections. This is why I became a Life Coach.

Some people live their entire lives going over the same mountains over and over again and I was adamant that wouldn’t be me. If you are here, chances are, you also want more out of life. You have dreams and goals and you want to live a life full of joy!
